Cover a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mix sugar, water, cumin, and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Place nuts in a large bowl, pour the syrup over the nuts, and stir well for about 1 minute to make sure that every nut is well coated with the syrup. Then let the nuts rest in the syrup for 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Spread the nuts on the lined baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, stirring every 4-5 minutes, until the nuts are light gold and shiny. (The nuts will be slightly sticky at this point.)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
