Stir in the lemon juice and Mrs Dash. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, bell pepper and optional zucchini and squash. Cook covered for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, rinse with cold water, and drain. Optional: stir in the artichokes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Marinade:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Whisk together all of the marinade ingredients until well blended. Then stir in the garlic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Combine:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour the dressing over vegetables.
