Grease and flour a 9\u201d x 13\u201d baking pan<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mix together flour, sugar, and butter. Reserve 3\/4 cup of this mixture for topping.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">To the remainder of the flour\/butter\/sugar mixture, add salt, baking powder, vanilla, lemon juice, milk, and egg yolks. Blend well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Beat the egg whites until firm.
