Add the garlic, celery, and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes more.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the Mrs Dash, paprika, cumin, and chili flakes. Add the tomatoes and bring to a boil Reduce heat, cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir in the beans and spinach.
