Generously grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan or an 8 x 8 inch baking pan.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook the grated carrots in the microwave on high with a small amount of water for 3 minutes. Drain.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spread the mixture into the greased 9&#215;13 inch baking pan.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. (If you can use an 8 x 8 inch pan, bake for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown.)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Allow the mixture to cool for 5 minutes or more.
