Pre-cooked turkey can also be substituted for the chicken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"easyrecipe\" data-rating=\"#rating#\">\n<div class=\"item ERName\">Chicken Pasta with Collard Greens<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERClear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">8 oz egg noodles, cooked without salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 Tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pkg (10 oz) frozen collard greens or spinach, thawed and well drained<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 lb pre-cooked chicken, cubed<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 oz mushrooms, sliced (if canned, drain before using)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cups (8 oz) no-salt Swiss cheese, shredded<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">8 oz sour cream<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 cup half-and-half<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 eggs, slightly beaten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a large skillet, heat the olive oil to medium high. Saute the onion and bell pepper for about 2 minutes. Add collard greens, chicken, mushrooms, and cooked noodles. Stir to combine.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a small bowl, combine all of the remaining ingredients until well blended. Add the cheese mixture to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pour into the baking dish.
