Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Saute about 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir in rice, hot sauce, and Mrs Dash Garlic Herb Seasoning. Stir-fry until the rice is thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir in the peas.
