Add Canola oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a plate, combine all purpose flour and Mrs Dash Chicken Grilling Seasoning<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dip each of the chicken pieces into the flour mixture, making sure the entire piece is coated with the flour.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the chicken pieces in the skillet, meat side down.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook uncovered until the chicken pieces begin to brown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Turn the chicken pieces over, cover the skillet, and cook until the chicken begins to brown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Turn the chicken over again. Lower the heat to medium low (about 200 degrees if you are using an electric skillet), and continue to cook the chicken with the lid on the skillet, turning the pieces every 10 minutes or so. You will cook the chicken until every piece is very tender.
