It works well with fresh or frozen fruit: peaches, apples, or pears.<\/p>\n<div class=\"easyrecipe\" data-rating=\"#rating#\">\n<div class=\"item ERName\">Fruit Crisp for Peaches, Apples, or Pears<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERClear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Serves: <span class=\"yield\">8<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 cups apples, peaches, or pears (pitted and sliced)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 cup packed brown sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup quick cooking or old-fashioned oats<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/3 cup unsalted butter, melted<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg (for peaches) OR 3\/4 tsp cinnamon and 3\/4 tsp nutmeg (for apples or pears)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray bottom and sides of an 8 x 8 casserole dish or baking pan with cooking spray.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mix 1\/4 cup of the brown sugar and 1\/2 of the spices. Combine with the sliced fruit, stirring to evenly coat the fruit.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the fruit mixture in the baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients.
