Very low sodium savory baked beans

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- ⅛ cup molasses
- ⅛ cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard
- ¼ cup no-salt ketchup + more to drizzle on top
- 1 tsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning Blend
- 2 cans no-salt navy beans or other white beans, undrained
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix onion, molasses, maple syrup, mustard, and ketchup. Add the beans and stir until all of the beans are well coated. Pour into the casserole dish. Then drizzle additional ketchup on top, spreading it evenly over the top of the beans.
- Bake for 1 hours, or until the beans are hot and bubbly.
