Maple Balsamic Salmon

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • salmon filets (total of 12 oz)
Instructions
  1. Heat all ingredients except salmon in a large skillet until boiling, stirring well.
  2. Add salmon filets to the skillet (skin side down, if filets have skin) and spoon the glaze over each filet. Heat until glaze mixture is simmering. Then cover, reduce heat to low, and cook until salmon is done, about 8 minutes, spooning the glaze over each filet after the first 4 minutes.
