Basic Meatloaf

Ingredients
  • 1½ lbs very lean ground beef
  • 1 can (8 oz) low-sodium tomato sauce, divided
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about ½ cup)
  • ⅓ cup 1-minute oatmeal
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp Mrs Dash Steak Grilling seasoning
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray loaf pan with cooking oil.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a small skillet until medium-high.
  3. Add all of the ingredients except ½ cup of the tomato sauce to a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Shape into a loaf and place in the loaf pan. Spread remaining ½ cup tomato sauce over loaf. Bake 350 degrees for 1¼ hours.
