Slow-Cooker Very Easy Barbecue Chicken
- Chicken pieces (Your slow cooker should be ½ to ¾ full)
- Onion, thinly sliced. (Amount of onion is up to you. I like to use approximately 1 onion slice per piece of chicken.)
- Prepared Barbecue Sauce of your choice
- Spray the slow-cooker with cooking spray.
- Place the onion slices in the bottom of the slow cooker. Then layer the chicken pieces on top of the onion, spooning 1 to 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce on top of each piece.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is completely done.
- Serve with additional sauce on the side, as desired.
