Chicken Wild Rice Mushroom Soup
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz mushrooms, chopped
  • ½ cup carrot, diced
  • ½ cup celery, diced OR cut green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • ⅓ cup wild rice OR blend of brown & wild rice
  • 4 cup no-salt-added chicken stock
  • 1 tsp sodium-free chicken bouillon granules (this is 1 pkg Herb Ox chicken granules)
  • ¼ tsp Mrs Dash Chicken Grilling Seasoning blend
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp dried savory
  • ¼ tsp ground sage
  • ⅛ tsp ground rosemary
  • ⅛ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 bay leaf
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 hour.
