Fajita Salsa Chicken
- Fajita Salsa Chicken - Slow Cooker good
- 2 lb chicken pieces (I like it skinless so it won’t be greasy)
- 1 cups no-salt salsa (see recipe)
- 1 Tbsp no-salt taco seasoning (see recipe)
- 1 tsp lime or lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ - 1 cup onions, sliced
- ½ - 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- Mix the salsa, taco seasoning, lime juice, and honey together in a small bowl. Then pour half of the mixture into the slow cooker. Add chicken. Toss until the chicken is covered. Then pour the other half of the salsa mixture over the chicken. Cover with onion and bell pepper slices.
- Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours.
