Red Enchilada Sauce
 
Ingredients
  • Red Enchilada Sauce ONLINE
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup tomato paste
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp Mrs Dash Original Seasonal blend
  • 3 cups no-salt vegetable or chicken broth
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a medium sauce pan. When hot, add tomato paste, flour, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and Mrs Dash. Whisk together until a paste forms.
  2. Pour broth into the paste and whisk until smooth. Increase heat and continue to whisk until sauce starts to thicken and provide a little bit of resistance. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat
