Buttermilk Dressing
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅔ cup water
- 3 Tbsp cultured buttermilk blend powder
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley OR 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped chives OR 1 tsp dried chives
- In a small jar, combine all ingredients. Cover the jar tightly and shake vigorously until well blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to use, shaking again before pouring.
