No Salt Breakfast Sausage 2

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef, pork, or turkey
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ½ tsp rubbed sage OR ¼ tsp ground sage
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • ¼ cup cold water
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl mix together all of the ingredients. Sprinkle the seasoning mix on the ground meat and mix well. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
  2. To freeze: make into patties, separate each patty with plastic wrap or freezer paper, and freeze in a freezer bag.
  3. To cook: Form the sausage into thin patties or break into chunks. Cook in a medium-high skillet until cooked through with no pink remaining.
