East TN Barbecue sauce
- - 2 cups no-salt ketchup
- - ½ cup brown sugar
- - 6 Tbsp lemon juice
- - 1 tsp white vinegar
- - 3 Tbsp molasses
- - 1 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard
- - 1 Tbsp no-salt Worcestershire sauce substitute
- - 1 tsp onion powder
- - ½ tsp garlic powder
- - ½ tsp black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a low boil while stirring.
- Reduce heat, simmer until thickened - about10 minutes, stirring frequently.
