East TN Barbecue sauce
 
Ingredients
  • - 2 cups no-salt ketchup
  • - ½ cup brown sugar
  • - 6 Tbsp lemon juice
  • - 1 tsp white vinegar
  • - 3 Tbsp molasses
  • - 1 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard
  • - 1 Tbsp no-salt Worcestershire sauce substitute
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - ½ tsp garlic powder
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a low boil while stirring.
  2. Reduce heat, simmer until thickened - about10 minutes, stirring frequently.
