Party Meatballs
- 24 precooked low sodium meatballs, approximately golf-ball sized. See our basic meatballs recipe
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1-1/2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp no sodium Worcestershire sauce substitute
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning blend
- Directions
- Mix together all of the ingredients for the sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook gently until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- To serve: Add pre-cooked meatballs to the sauce, stir to coat evenly, and heat until the meatballs are hot.. Transfer the meatballs to a serving platter, spear with toothpicks and spoon the sauce over top. Garnish with parsley if desired.
