Green Chili Taco Sauce
- 1 cup roasted green chilies, drained
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp no-salt taco seasoning (see recipe)
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Use immediately, or refrigerate, or freeze
