Italian Dressing
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried Italian seasoning (check the ingredients to make sure it doesn’t contain any salt)
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Yield: ¾ cup
