Garlic Parmesan Vinaigrette
 
Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced.
  • Put all ingredients into a screw-top jar. Cover tightly and shake until well blended. Store in the refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
