Curried Chicken Salad with Fruit
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 cup chopped skinless, boneless pre-cooked no-salt-added seasoned chicken or turkey (about 4 ounces)
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • ⅓ cup diced celery
  • 3 Tbsp raisins
  • ⅛ teaspoon Mrs Dash Original Seasoning blend
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, curry powder, Mrs Dash, and water until well blended.
  2. Add the pre-cooked chicken or turkey, apple, celery, and raisins. Stir well to combine. Cover and chill before serving.
