Curried Chicken Salad with Fruit
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 cup chopped skinless, boneless pre-cooked no-salt-added seasoned chicken or turkey (about 4 ounces)
- 1 small apple, chopped
- ⅓ cup diced celery
- 3 Tbsp raisins
- ⅛ teaspoon Mrs Dash Original Seasoning blend
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, curry powder, Mrs Dash, and water until well blended.
- Add the pre-cooked chicken or turkey, apple, celery, and raisins. Stir well to combine. Cover and chill before serving.
