Lemon Glaze
- 1 1⁄2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp corn syrup
- Optional: lemon zest (to garnish)
- In a small bowl, mix together confectioners' sugar, lemon juice and corn syrup until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over top of cooled cake, and let it roll down the sides. If desired, sprinkle with lemon zest.
