Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
  • ½ pkg shredded broccoli mix for slaw
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 carrots, diced (or 6-8 baby cut carrots, diced)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1½ tsp prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tsp tsp sugar
  • ⅛ tsp Mrs Dash Table blend (OR Mrs Dash Original)
  • ⅛ tsp onion powder
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder.
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the vegetables until mixed well.
  2. Add the vegetables and stir until all of the vegetable pieces are coated with the dressing.
  3. Chill at least 20 minutes (or for up to 24 hours) before serving.
