Broccoli Slaw
- ½ pkg shredded broccoli mix for slaw
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 carrots, diced (or 6-8 baby cut carrots, diced)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tsp prepared yellow mustard
- 1 tsp cider vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 tsp tsp sugar
- ⅛ tsp Mrs Dash Table blend (OR Mrs Dash Original)
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the vegetables until mixed well.
- Add the vegetables and stir until all of the vegetable pieces are coated with the dressing.
- Chill at least 20 minutes (or for up to 24 hours) before serving.
Serving size: ⅓ cup Sodium: 81 mg.
