Honey Glazed Carrots
- 1 lb baby-cut carrots
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- ¼ tsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning blend
- Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe casserole dish
- Cover and cook on high 7-8 minutes or until carrots are tender, stirring once after 3½ minutes.
