No salt Maple Sausage

Ingredients
  • 1 lb no sodium added ground pork, beef, or turkey
  • 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp coriander
Instructions
  1. Put all of the ingredients except the ground meat in a medium bowl and stir until mixed well.
  2. Add the ground meat and then mix well until the spices are evenly distributed throughout. Refrigerate for 8-24 hours to let the spices mix into the meat.
  3. To cook: Form the sausage into thin patties or break into chunks. Cook in a medium-high skillet until cooked through with no pink remaining.
