Citrus Dressing
- ½ tsp dried minced onion
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp plain rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp orange juice
- 1/16 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 Tbsp honey (or more for sweeter dressing)
- Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Put the lid on the jar and shake to blend. Chill. Shake before serving.
- Keeps 1 week in the refrigerator
