Ketchup Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup no-salt ketchup
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- ⅛ tsp Tabasco
- 2 Tbsp no sodium Worcestershire sauce substitute
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Heat to boiling.
