Ranch Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp dried chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp Mrs Dash Chicken Grilling Seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅓ cup low sodium Ranch dressing (or low sodium Jalapeño Ranch dressing) — see recipe
  • Cooking spray (regular or butter flavored)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Panko, Parmesan cheese, parsley, Mrs Dash Chicken Grilling Seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Dip the chicken into the ranch dressing to coat both sides. Then roll it into the Panko mixture.
  4. Place the chicken in a single layer on the lined baking dish, and lightly spray the chicken with cooking spray.
  5. Bake uncovered until the chicken is fully cooked, 15-20 minutes. Halfway through baking, turn the chicken over and lightly spray with cooking spray.
