Ranch Baked Chicken
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp dried chopped parsley
- ½ tsp Mrs Dash Chicken Grilling Seasoning mix
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ⅓ cup low sodium Ranch dressing (or low sodium Jalapeño Ranch dressing) — see recipe
- Cooking spray (regular or butter flavored)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
- In a small bowl, mix together Panko, Parmesan cheese, parsley, Mrs Dash Chicken Grilling Seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Dip the chicken into the ranch dressing to coat both sides. Then roll it into the Panko mixture.
- Place the chicken in a single layer on the lined baking dish, and lightly spray the chicken with cooking spray.
- Bake uncovered until the chicken is fully cooked, 15-20 minutes. Halfway through baking, turn the chicken over and lightly spray with cooking spray.
