Italian Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- ¼ tsp Italian Seasoning blend
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard (Note: this is the only ingredient that contains sodium. You can omit the mustard if you want a no-sodium dressing.)
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- Mix all ingredients except the olive oil. Then slowly add the olive oil. Mix well. Note: If you mix the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid, you can shake the jar to mix the dressing.
- Shake or mix again just before serving.
Serving size: 1 Tbsp. Sodium: 30 mg.
