Easy Garlic Shrimp
Serves: 4
 
Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped or sliced thinly.
  • 1 lb peeled deveined medium shrimp, thawed, rinsed and drained
  • ½ tsp parsley
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high. Add olive oil.
  2. After oil is hot, add the onion and garlic. Cook and stir for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and stir to evenly coat them with the oil. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring once every 15 seconds or so.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
