Honey Balsamic Chicken Thighs
Serves: 6.
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ lb skinless chicken thighs (6 pieces)
  • Mrs Dash Chicken Grilling Seasoning blend
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
  1. Heat ½ Tbsp olive oil to medium high in a non-stick skillet. Sprinkle chicken with Mrs Dash Chicken Grilling Seasoning and add the chicken to the skillet. Cook the chicken about 5 minutes per side, until brown.
  2. While the chicken is browning, combine 1 Tbsp olive oil, honey, vinegar, and garlic in a small pan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Baste each piece of chick with the sauce. Reduce heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook until the chicken is completely cooked (the juices will run clear when the chicken is pierced with a fork), about 30-35 minutes.
