Hamburger Stroganoff
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef (or 1 lb sirloin steak, chopped into bite sized pieces)
- 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp flour
- ½ cup no-sodium beef broth

2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- In a large skillet, brown beef with mushrooms and onion.
- When meat is cooked, sprinkle flour over top and stir to mix in.
- Add broth and cook until thickened, scraping any sticking bits from the bottom. Remove from heat, and stir in sour cream.
- Serve over hot cooked noodles.
Serving size: 4 oz. Sodium: 100 mg.
