Fast and Savory Fish
Serves: 4
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 firm, white fish filets, 4 oz each (tilapia, flounder, ...)
  • Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning mix
  • Dried parsley flakes
Instructions
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium high. Add olive oil.
  2. Add the onions and saute until onions are beginning to get soft. Then add the minced garlic and lemon juice. Saute for another minute and then move the onions and garlic to the side of the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of the fish with Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning mix and parsley flakes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium.
  5. Place fish in skillet . Place the sauted onions and garlic on top of the fish.
  6. Cover the skillet and cook the fish for 7 -10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish, turning once after about 4 minutes.
