Easy Chicken with Mushrooms

Ingredients
For each serving:
  • ¼ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • ¼ cup cooked chicken (or turkey) , shredded or sliced
  • 1 thin slice no-salt Swiss Cheese.
Instructions
  1. Place the mushroom slices in a single layer, with no space between the slices, on a microwave-safe plate. Top with chicken. Then top with cheese slice.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes for one serving. (Increase cook time for additional servings.)
