Sticky Honey Chicken

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted + ⅛ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Mrs Dash Chicken Grilling
  • 1 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ⅛ cup lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Use a baking pan large enough so chicken can be placed in the pan in a single layer. Melt ¼ cup of the butter in a baking pan in oven; remove baking pan from oven.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, Mrs Dash Chicken Grilling, and paprika. Dip chicken pieces into flour mixture and shake off excess.
  4. Add chicken tenders to pan, coat completely with butter, then place in a single layer and bake 15 minutes.
  5. While chicken is baking, in a small bowl, mix together ingredients for sauce: ⅛ cup melted butter, ¼ cup honey, and ⅛ cup lemon juice.
  6. Pour sauce over chicken, then turn chicken and make sure sauce covers both sides. Bake an additional 15 minutes, or until chicken is fork-tender and no pink remains.
  7. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
