Spinach Stir-Fry with Garlic
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil or unsalted butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 12-16 oz spinach leaves (preferably fresh, but frozen will be ok too)
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds. Add spinach,and stir fry 2 minutes until spinach has wilted. Then add sugar and continue to stir-fry until spinach is done (about 3-4 minutes)
