Seafood Stew
Serves: 12.
 
Ingredients
  • 1 can no-salt-added tomatoes
  • 4 cups no-sodium chicken broth
  • 
8 oz frozen spinach
  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • ½ cup carrot, sliced
  • 1 tsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning
  • 
1 lb catfish or tilapia, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ lb shrimp
  • ¼ lb scallops
Instructions
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients and simmer until potatoes are almost done, about 15 minutes.
  2. Add the catfish or tilapa and simmer 5 minutes more. Add the shrimp and scallops and simmer 2 minutes more.
