Seafood Stew
- 1 can no-salt-added tomatoes
- 4 cups no-sodium chicken broth

8 oz frozen spinach
- 1 medium potato, diced
- ½ cup carrot, sliced
- 1 tsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning

1 lb catfish or tilapia, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ lb shrimp
- ¼ lb scallops
- Combine first 6 ingredients and simmer until potatoes are almost done, about 15 minutes.
- Add the catfish or tilapa and simmer 5 minutes more. Add the shrimp and scallops and simmer 2 minutes more.
Serving size: ½ cup. Sodium: 88 mg.
