Sloppy Joes made with Chicken Gumbo Soup
Serves: 6.
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ⅓ cup no-salt ketchup
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • ½ tsp Mrs. Dash Steak Grilling seasoning
  • Mix with 2-1/2 cups home-made chicken gumbo soup (see recipe)
Instructions
  1. Saute onion until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until beef is browned, breaking the beef into small bits as it cooks. Drain.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until desired consistency (10-15 minutes).
