Herbed Baked Fish
Serves: 6.
 
Ingredients
  • 2 lb tilapia, perch, or other firm white fish
  • 
1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 
1/2 tsp marjoram
  • ⅓ tsp thyme
  • ⅛ tsp white pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup white wine
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash fish, pat dry and place in dish.
  3. Combine oil with and herbs and spices. Dribble over fish.
  4. Top with bay leaves and onions. Pour wine over all.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
