Orzo with Tomato and Feta is an easy Mediteranean-style dish
Orzo with Tomato and Feta

Ingredients
- 8 oz whole wheat orzo, uncooked
- ½ tsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp no salt butter
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp dried chopped parsley
- ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Heat water in large sauce pot to boil and add orzo. Cook to al dente, according to package directions, omitting salt.
- Drain the orzo. While the orzo pot is still hot, melt butter in the pot and stir in the feta and Mrs Dash. Add cooked pasta. Gently stir in parsley and tomatoes.
