Honey Glazed Carrots

Very easy low sodium recipe for honey glazed carrots.

Honey Glazed Carrots
Serves: 5
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb baby-cut carrots
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning blend
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe casserole dish
  2. Cover and cook on high 7-8 minutes or until carrots are tender, stirring once after 3½ minutes.
