Very easy, fast recipe
Easy Garlic Shrimp
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped or sliced thinly.
- 1 lb peeled deveined medium shrimp, thawed, rinsed and drained
- ½ tsp parsley
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high. Add olive oil.
- After oil is hot, add the onion and garlic. Cook and stir for about 3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and stir to evenly coat them with the oil. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
- Cook for 3 minutes, stirring once every 15 seconds or so.
- Remove from heat and serve.
