Red Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients
- Red Enchilada Sauce ONLINE
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup tomato paste
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp Mrs Dash Original Seasonal blend
- 3 cups no-salt vegetable or chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a medium sauce pan. When hot, add tomato paste, flour, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and Mrs Dash. Whisk together until a paste forms.
- Pour broth into the paste and whisk until smooth. Increase heat and continue to whisk until sauce starts to thicken and provide a little bit of resistance. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat
