This recipe uses our Low Sodium Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix.
- 1½ Tbsp Ranch Dressing Seasoning mix (see recipe)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup buttermilk (OR ⅓ cup skim milk mixed with 1 tsp white vinegar. Let it sit for 15 minutes or so before combining with other ingredients)
- Whisk ingredients to combine. For best taste, refrigerate for 1 hour or longer to let the flavors blend.
Note that sodium percentages depend on which daily reference you use. 26mg of sodium per serving implies that this recipe provides:
– 1% of the U.S. FDA daily reference value for sodium for a 2,000-calorie diet that includes 2,400 mg sodium, or
–2% of the American Heart Association recommendation of 1,500 mg sodium per day, or
