Garlic Parmesan Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced.
- Put all ingredients into a screw-top jar. Cover tightly and shake until well blended. Store in the refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
