Citrus Dressing

Very easy, flavorful, citrus dressing with no sodium

Citrus Dressing
Serves: 8
 
Ingredients
  • ½ tsp dried minced onion
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp plain rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1/16 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 Tbsp honey (or more for sweeter dressing)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Put the lid on the jar and shake to blend. Chill. Shake before serving.
  2. Keeps 1 week in the refrigerator
