Avocado Cream Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
- ¼ cup light sour cream
- ⅛ tsp Mrs Dash Garlic Herb Seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (or 1 tsp. dried cilantro)
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl or in sealed plastic bag. Mash the ingredients together with back of spoon (or, if using a sealed plastic bag, mash by hand) until the ingredients are well combined.)
- Serve as a salad dressing, or as a topping for chicken or beef tomato salsa (see recipe)
